Shipping:

 

All of our art pieces are carefully packed so that they may travel safely to your country and arrive intact and in perfect condition at your doorstep.

When shipping canvases, we gently roll them up and pack them in a protective tube.  The art work that contains panel pieces are protected with cardboard and bubble-wrap placed between them and set within a secure box.

Shipping time for all of the artwork to Mexico/USA & Canada is between 3 to 5 business days.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship these beautiful art pieces world-wide.  We use private companies like UPS, FedEx or DHL, so if any of those can reach you, we can reach you.

 

How do I know the shipping cost?

Please contact us and send your zip code and the name of the art piece in which you are interested. Only with that information can we send exact shipping cost.

 

What happens if I saw an art piece that I liked at the Gallery but I can't find it on the web site? 

Please contact us and try to describe the the painting in detail, describing everything that you can remember about the art piece.  Because we work directly with the artists we know each piece by heart and we will be able tell you if it still available.


 What are your payment options to buy an art piece ?

-International Wire Transfer ( We need to send you the ABA and account number)

-Pay Pal 

-Direct deposit in Western Union.

Are there any problems with customs when delivering the art piece?

Customs will randomly charge a tariff.  There is no way to know if the government will charge you before we ship.  In our experience it seems that they collect the tariff very infrequently and most of the time represents 3% of the declared price.

 

If I like one of your artists' work can he make me something special for my house or office?

Most of our artist can do that for you, so please send a picture of your space or specify what you want so we can send a quote to your mail.

 

If I want to buy more than one art piece can I get a discount?

We always try to help all of our customers, so please contact us for details.

 

What happens if I like one art piece but I cant make the transaction until the next business day?

Don’t worry!  Contact us so we can put the art piece on hold for 24 to 48 hours until you can do the transaction.

 

I will love to sell your art pieces in my country; is there a possibility to distribute them?

Yes, of course.  Please contact us so we can talk more about this.
